Clinical Quality and Safety Specialist Role

Job Description

As a Clinical Quality and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing SOPs for Clinical Quality and Safety, analyzing clinical quality indicators, and preparing dashboards for review. You will also perform medical records audits, clinical processes, and compilation of clinical incident reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare SOPs for Clinical Quality and Safety
  2. Analyze clinical quality indicators and prepare dashboards for review
  3. Perform medical records audits and clinical processes for compliance
  4. Compile clinical incident reports and maintain incident registers
  5. Track compliance to corrective and preventive actions for clinical incidents
  6. Compile quality reports across all centers for analysis
  7. Ensure compliance to all trackers as per Clinical Quality framework
  8. Perform any other assignment as directed by Reporting Managers

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Quality and Safety
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
