Oracle FCCS Professional Role

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant with over 10 years of experience in implementing Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Service (FCCS) to lead our projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial consolidation and close processes, as well as excellent functional knowledge of FCCS. They will oversee the overall project, including solution design and validation, and guide the team through all stages from business requirement gathering to testing.

A strong understanding of technical capabilities, including integration with HFM and EPM/Hyperion systems, is essential. Additionally, proficiency in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools is required.

Prior onsite experience in GCC regions and a CA or MBA Finance qualification are desirable. Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost management, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Reporting is an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be confident, assertive, and able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement.
