About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead and manage multiple, high-impact programs across various business units at Infinity Learn. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for strategic oversight, meticulous planning, and effective execution to ensure that all program goals are met within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Strategy: Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Program Execution and Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of programs, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan. Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and manage any changes to the scope, schedule, or budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, both internally and externally. Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reports to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and issues.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and team members involved in the program. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvements.
Requirements: Analytical mindset with a knack for deep diving into data. Experience laying the foundations for a team strategy. Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously. Great problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify, evaluate, and manage opportunities. Pragmatic, positive mindset who takes initiative to make things happen. Able to cope with change and work in an agile environment.
