Software Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled software developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, efficient C++ applications on Linux platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing multithreaded applications to enhance performance and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ programming, including memory management, file I/O, and stream concepts. They will also have solid experience in multithreading, including thread creation/management, synchronization (mutexes, condition variables), and kernel-level concepts.

In addition, they will have proficiency in Linux application development and troubleshooting, including command-line tools, POSIX standards, processes, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications on Linux platforms.
  • Implement and optimize multithreaded applications to improve performance and scalability.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory Skills
  • C++ programming with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong expertise in multithreading.
  • Proficiency in Linux application development and troubleshooting.
Good to Have Skills
  • Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of developing web applications using C++.
Requirements
  • Certified C++ programmer.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles within a C++ environment.
