Job Description
As an Operations Analyst at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in handling queries that require in-depth review. You will work closely with the customer service team to resolve escalations within defined SLAs, collaborating with payment partners and business stakeholders to provide resolutions and enhance client experiences. Your analytical and data-driven approach will enable you to drive issues to completion and make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Ability to dive deep into problems, perform root cause analysis, and identify constraints to recommend solutions
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business
* Proficiency in SQL
* Experience in managing high-priority queues and exposure to back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments
* Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of operations experience
