Policy Center Developer

We are seeking an experienced Policy Center Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Guidewire Policy Center enhancements and defects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop approach for configuration, effort estimation, and build of design documents in collaboration with digital product teams and subject matter experts.
  • Coding is a must – we love developers who code all the time Develop, configure, and unit test Guidewire Policy Center enhancements and defects.
  • Contribute to future Guidewire development as a key member of the development team.
  • Assist with production support for the platform by analyzing logs, identifying potential problems and defects, and performing root cause analysis for highly available business solutions.
  • Experience working with digital product teams and contributing to cross-functional projects is essential.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience working on GW Integration Gateway Frameworks and knowledge of common integration design patterns used by Policy Center, including internal and external systems.
  • Expertise in GW Rating and Admin management.
  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration.
  • Programming skills in JAVA or Python.
  • Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate Developer and Guidewire Cloud Certified Integration Specialist certifications are required.
  • Experience in the Canadian Personal Line Insurance industry domain.
