We are a leading Indian furniture manufacturer and exporter with 29+ years of expertise in solid wood furniture.

Our global markets include the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

As a Woodworking Innovator, you will combine creativity with research-driven insights to develop new concepts that align with our manufacturing strengths.

From ideation to prototypes, your work will help shape globally competitive product lines in dining, seating, and case goods.

  • Research customer preferences through past sales data, social media, and international market trends.
  • Create original design concepts in solid wood (Mango, Oak, Acacia, Teak) aligned with our export strengths.
  • Draft production-ready drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar CAD tools.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to translate concepts into viable collections.
  • Work with prototyping teams to refine joinery, finishes, ergonomics, and structural integrity.
  • Incorporate KD (knock-down) joinery, export packaging standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop design boards, line sheets, and client presentations for export buyers.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in woodworking, preferably in solid wood.
  • Strong skills in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
  • Knowledge of global furniture trends, ergonomics, finishing techniques, and joinery.
  • Ability to translate abstract research into commercially viable designs.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with reclaimed or sustainable wood materials.
  • Understanding of packaging and shipping for exports.
  • Familiarity with American and European design preferences.
  • Prior experience with export-oriented furniture markets.
