Job Title: Cash Flow Process Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cash flow process team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes and driving improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices through accounts receivable systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • Assist in maintaining service level agreement compliance and generating system-based reports.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance process efficiency within the area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Graduates or postgraduates with strong analytical skills, communication skills, and result orientation.
  • Good domain knowledge and understanding of SAP, Concur (a plus).
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to build capability for operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team and assisting in building capability for operations through training and coaching on the floor.
