About Our Role

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our enterprise-wide security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive security plans to safeguard systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive system hardening and secure configuration across Linux/Windows environments, ensuring the highest level of security posture.
  • Design and enforce AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging), guaranteeing robust protection for our digital assets.
  • Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Embed security best practices into software development and testing lifecycle, ensuring a culture of security awareness.
  • Maintain rapid compliance and audit preparation for regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Foster fast turnaround times on InfoSec requests and escalations, providing seamless support to the business.
  • Guide user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management, ensuring efficient and secure operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 8-12 years of experience in security leadership and system administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AWS/cloud security (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC), with a strong understanding of cloud security principles.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality security solutions.
