Observability Engineer Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Observability Engineer to join our team. This role will be a key contributor to building and fine-tuning platform components for the Observability product.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams under the Observability product, responsible for troubleshooting platform issues, restoring service by resolving customer-facing incidents, and developing and implementing build release pipelines.

This role requires hands-on experience in Observability and Monitoring initiatives as a platform Engineer. The ideal candidate should have expertise in tools such as Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Fluentbit/Vector, and Azure/GCP services. Additionally, they should be proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, GoLang, or node.js.

We are looking for someone who can provide technical guidance, drive collaboration among IT groups, and contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of critical applications. The successful candidate should have 1-3+ years of experience in integration engineering related to Observability / Monitoring framework with open-source technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot platform issues and restore service by resolving customer-facing incidents

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams under the Observability product

Requirements:
