Job Summary

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead a team to ensure operational excellence and foster a high-performing culture. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide technical mentorship, and align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a remote team to achieve organizational priorities and goals.
  • Oversee team operations, including incident management, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of experience managing technical teams in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing and infrastructure management, particularly with AWS and Linux-based systems.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in remote environments.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
