We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Research Analyst. This role will play a vital part in driving our business growth by identifying and tapping into potential clients across various industries.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for conducting market research, building and maintaining target client databases, and tracking hiring trends to support the sales team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in market research/lead generation/client mapping (preferably in staffing or recruitment).
  • Strong skills in using job boards and other market intelligence tools.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, US Staffing environment and support EST shift operations.

Besides the required skills, we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. If you have prior experience in US staffing firms such as W3Global, Avance, Talent Logic, or similar companies, it's an added advantage.
