Job Title: Circuit Board Engineer

Develop innovative Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to meet the demands of modern electronics. Utilize industry-standard design software, such as Altium Designer, Eagle, and KiCad, to create precise and efficient PCB layouts.

Prioritize quality and reliability in every project, adhering to IPC standards and ensuring Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT). Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize component placement, routing, and mechanical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop single-layer, multi-layer, and high-speed PCBs for various applications
  • Translate schematics into accurate PCB designs using CAD tools
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new PCB design techniques, tools, and industry best practices
  • Work with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of components and systems

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in PCB design
  • Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad)
  • Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity, and thermal management
  • Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing PCBs for IoT, automation, or embedded systems
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance and safety standards
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers, power electronics, and sensor integration
