Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate full stack software engineering lead to drive the technical direction and execution of our core platforms. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from UI design to back-end deployment.

The role involves leading a team in the design and implementation of complex, mission-critical solutions for the financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, ensuring high standards of code quality, and making key architectural decisions across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Full-Stack Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both the user interface and the backend services.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack.
  • DevOps & Deployment: Drive modern DevOps practices, including designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring applications are efficiently deployed and orchestrated using Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies.

This role requires a strong background in software development, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in leadership or senior roles. Key skills include proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Core Java, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
  • Hands-on Skills (Must-Have): Front-End: Strong proficiency in Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3; Back-End: Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks; Microservices: Proven experience in designing and building scalable Microservices architectures and RESTful web services; Core Java: In-depth knowledge of Multithreading and the Collections framework; DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP; Containerization: Expertise in container orchestration using Kubernetes.
