Senior Backend Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Golang.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Collaborating with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing systems.
  • Implementing security and data protection best practices.
  • Participating in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

You will also be required to have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Golang development (minimum [X years]).
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency patterns and Go routines.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
