Instructional Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an experienced instructional designer, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful and tailored eLearning solutions that drive business results.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, creating detailed instructional design documents and storyboards, and working closely with the Sales/Pre-Sales team to design instructional solutions for RFPs/RFIs.

  • Analyze client needs to define learning goals and strategies.
  • Create engaging instructional content using adult learning theories, Blooms taxonomy, and ADDIE/AGILE models.
  • Collaborate with visual designers and development teams to ensure instructional integrity and content alignment.
  • Conduct content QA and storyboard-to-course reviews.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on storyboarding and solution design.
  • Ability to independently design and pitch learning experiences to internal teams and clients.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills; ability to present concepts visually.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in designing learning for industries like healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Exposure to tools like Miro, MS Visio, or white boarding platforms to visualize learning journeys.
