SAP FICO Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to support finance operations and optimize expense management.

  • Configure, maintain, and support SAP FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting).
  • Manage and optimize Concur Travel & Expense platform integration with SAP FICO.
  • Support end-to-end business processes related to travel, expense reporting, reimbursements, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP via middleware (e.g., Process Integration/Process Orchestration, Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Work closely with internal teams and Concur support for issue resolution and upgrades.
  • Conduct testing, user training, and prepare documentation.
Key Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
  • Strong expertise in Concur Travel & Expense Management implementation and support.
  • Solid understanding of integration between SAP and Concur, including middleware configurations.
  • Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian taxation is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
