Accounting Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in Thrissur.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and performing tasks related to company formation, taxation, statutory and internal audits, project report preparation, and representation with tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Formation: Responsible for managing the process of company formation, including registration, licensing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Taxation: Expertise in taxation matters, including income tax and GST. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payment of taxes.
  • Statutory and Internal Audits: Conduct regular statutory and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Report Preparation: Prepare detailed project reports, including financial statements, management accounts, and other relevant information.
  • Representation with Tax Authorities: Represent clients before tax authorities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tax-related issues.

Requirements:

  • CA certification or CA inter with 5 years experience in a good audit firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial planning.
  • Knowledge in preparation of financial reports under Indian GAAP, especially Ind AS.
