Job Description

As a UI Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality and timely delivery of design work. You will collaborate with the CEO, Product Managers, and Game Designers to understand briefs and translate them into clutter-free, user-centric, trendy, and engaging UI for mobile games.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of 3+ UI/UX designers, researching and analyzing top mobile games to stay updated on design best practices and industry trends, designing UI elements such as flows, menus, HUDs, iconography, and high-fidelity mockups, creating or refining wireframes, prototypes, and screen flows based on requirements or feedback, ensuring visual consistency, style, and CX obsession across all UI elements, making informed design decisions independently, while presenting and defending design concepts effectively, and maintaining alignment with gameplay experience and player engagement goals.

Background and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with 67 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile games/apps, a proven track record of leading a design team and shipping 10+ apps/games as a UI/UX Designer, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent design field experience, expertise with prototyping and design tools (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator), a strong graphic design foundation (color theory, composition, typography), knowledge or hands-on experience with Unity 3D, an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, creative workflows, and UX optimization, strong communication skills, and the ability to give/receive constructive feedback.
