System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our servers and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with virtualization platforms, including SolusVM, and a strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems. You should also have experience with WHMCS and KVM, as well as excellent written English skills.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing Level 2 support for inbound tickets and live chat
  • Assisting with VPS and dedicated server migrations and transfers
  • Helping the Level 1 support team with escalations

Required Skills and Qualifications
