Job Title: Azure Databricks Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Professional to join our team for a short-term project. This is a contract role lasting approximately 3-4 months.

About the Role:

  • Create, modify and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines to streamline data processing and analysis.
  • Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks using SQL and Python to improve data insights and performance.
  • Work with various file formats including Parquet, Delta, and CSV to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement version control using GIT, including branching and merging strategies.
  • Utilize Azure Key Vault, Azure Data Lake Gen2, and Azure Logs to ensure secure and efficient data management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Data Factory, Databricks, and DevOps.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
