Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Analytics & Machine Learning Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth by developing sophisticated predictive models and machine learning algorithms for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate broad business problems into clear, coherent frameworks using advanced statistical techniques (regression, machine learning).
  • Deploy complex toolkits of problem-solving approaches and participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Manipulate, merge, or create hygienic datasets from a variety of sources and be the subject-matter expert on client data and trends.
  • Use advanced statistical techniques to create predictive algorithms, economic valuation models, perform impact sizing, stress testing, and evaluate their performance to finetune them to suit business needs.
  • Combine insights from data and deep business understanding to create business cases and share recommendations with CXOs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Technology/ Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics or Postgraduate with MBA from a top institute/university Competency.
  • A curious person with a drive to solve business problems.
  • Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset & humility.
  • Be inclined to be a part of a high-growth company.
  • Highly collaborative in nature and drive excellent relationships.
  • Ability to manage/interact with global stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Preferably skilled or keen interest to learn tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, etc.
