Senior Cyber Security Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished Cybersecurity Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect against emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement proactive security measures to prevent cyber-attacks and data breaches.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and networks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of security controls and compliance measures.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in general cybersecurity, including 3 years in product security and 3 years in vulnerability management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with IT, business partners, and external audits.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience assessing and improving cybersecurity maturity using the NIST CSF Implementation Tiers.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
