Job Opportunity:

This role involves overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and successful delivery. You will be responsible for mentoring consultants to maximize their potential, managing large-scale customer portfolios, and designing tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of key customer accounts, prioritizing and delivering high-quality results.
  • Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial planning to final execution.
  • Create customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and business challenges.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and configuration of software systems for each customer account.
  • Develop strategic plans for each engagement, identifying critical success factors and measurable milestones.
  • Work closely with internal resources to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality across all deliverables using standardized testing methodologies.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable business documents.
  • Overall responsibility for project management, stakeholder engagement, and customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the software industry.
  • PMP or ITIL certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, including 6+ years of strong consulting, delivery, and people management expertise.

  • Proficiency in enterprise software applications such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, and HRIS.
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Experience working with senior executives and HR/Payroll leaders.
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level.
