Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical content that accurately and effectively communicates the features and functionality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in documentation, API design, and software development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation for our products, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong comprehension of APIs, backend development, and related tools
  • Experience working with open-source languages and tools such as Git (Github/Bitbucket), Markdown, reStructuredText, Hugo (other static site generators)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiar with POSTMAN, SWAGGER, or similar API documentation generators
  • Engineer (B.E/ B.Tech ) or MCA degree
  • Language proficiency - English Honors/MA English level
