Employee Compliance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Employee Compliance activities.
- Be an expert in Employee Compliance operations, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of Compliance strategies across various business lines.
- Manage a team of Compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective compliance risk management.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external partners.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Compliance Operation processes within Investment Banking.
- MBA or equivalent degree or PG in Commerce and Finance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative approach to work and ability to continuously identify and implement process improvements and automate/create efficiencies.
- Action-oriented with a strong focus on completing tasks while working independently and with minimum direction.
