About the Role
  • Develop and optimize large-scale data delivery pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability for stakeholders.
  • Create robust, high-throughput data pipelines and infrastructure to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design data solutions that meet evolving requirements and business objectives.

You'll have the opportunity to establish best practices for data quality, governance, security, and compliance, driving continuous improvement through automation and scalability standards.

As a seasoned leader, you'll mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and influence our broader data platform strategy.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with relational and columnar database systems.
  • Proficiency in data pipeline/workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Dagster, Luigi).

A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role. Experience in backend development and familiarity with healthcare data standards are also beneficial.
