Job Title: Murex Implementations Project Manager
This role involves leading and managing a team to deliver the Murex upgrade program from an offshore location. As a project manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end execution of the project, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder communication, foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
- Identify risks, issues, critical path activities, and track their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions.
- Provide status updates related to all stakeholders.
- Responsible for people management and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management.
- Subject matter expert in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting or Front Office).
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Offshore delivery management experience and team management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience handling at least 1 Murex upgrade project and proficiency in project management tools (Jira etc.) and Scrum certification.
