Game Developer & AI Critic

As a game developer and AI critic, you will be responsible for generating, iterating, and judging new games and mini-apps. You will work with our proprietary AI tool-chain to build games and apps, review your own and other prompt engineers' work, and leave clean notes so the machine (and your teammates) learn from every attempt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate fresh games/apps daily via internal builders.
  • Self-evaluate and rate your own output, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Peer review: Play, rank, and annotate fellow developers' work to raise the bar.
  • Distill winning chains into reusable templates and docs.
  • File concise bug/UX reports to unblock engineers and tune the AI.
  • Track engagement dashboards and adjust strategies to improve retention.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of hands-on experience with Gen-AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • Strong understanding of what makes a game fun, with ability to articulate reasons.
  • Comfortable communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on high-potential ideas.
  • Bonus skills: basic code knowledge (JS/Lua/React), marketing fluency, or data analysis skills.
