Architectural Leader - US Healthcare

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading architecture teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of US healthcare insurance landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Architectural Mastery: Strong foundation in software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP; hands-on with cloud-native design and optimization.
  • Delivery & Tech Savvy: Experience with high-performance application development, infrastructure sizing, and tool evaluation/adoption.
  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Nice to have: Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR), Data management, analytics platforms, and governance expertise, Security architecture and threat modeling capabilities.
