Job Title: Lead Application Operations Engineer



Location: Multiple open locations



About the Role:



In this role, you will join Oracle GSC DevOps team as an experienced Oracle Application Engineer and Product Owner. You will be responsible mainly for Oracle EBS Procurement (PO, iSupplier, iSourcing) and the related design, implementation, and maintenance.



You will be responsible for:





  • Being one of the points of contact for Procurement business users and leaders to plan and discover Oracle solutions to deliver benefits in the Procurement area

  • Teamwork with other Oracle Procurement and GSC colleagues to deliver meaningful solutions across all GSC areas

  • Being responsible for the design and execution of our Oracle solutions in the Procurement area, in alignment with our Oracle Blueprint

  • Contributing to and/or leading new site implementation projects to our Oracle Blueprint as an Oracle Procurement SME

  • Being responsible for evolutionary and corrective maintenance of our Oracle Blueprint across all the company for the Procurement area, collaborating and overseeing our support team

  • Understanding of integrations with legacy or cloud tools interconnected with Oracle, following best practices for new implementations

  • Defining strategy and contributing to increase our learning curve in our path towards Oracle Cloud transition

  • Leading projects following Agile/Lean process and implementation by Tollgates

  • Analyzing root-causes for complex ERP business problems and closely working with managers to ensure timely execution of deliverables



To be successful in this role, we require:





  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM with a minimum of 4 years of overall experience

  • SIGNIFICANT experience as an application or product owner and execution in global companies or large consulting firms

  • Experience in Oracle SCM Applications development, maintenance, and development supervision, with knowledge of Oracle PO, iSupplier, iSourcing

  • Knowledge of other SCM modules, such as WIP, BOM, INV, OM, Quality

  • Functional process/domain expertise in Procurement

  • Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
