  • About the Role:
  • Lead analysis and design of cutting-edge solutions that align with strategic objectives of banking and financial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst in regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2, Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding Clients' use cases and advise most suitable integration practices.
  • Managing full implementation cycle end-to-end, to point of launch.
