Job Title: CMS Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of our global digital content management system, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust content architecture, including models, taxonomies, and metadata, to support efficient content delivery across multiple channels.
  • Lead a team of CMS developers, content strategists, and administrators in delivering best-in-class content management solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of the CMS with other systems, such as CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools, to meet specific business needs.
  • Establish a content governance framework, including user roles, permissions, and approval workflows, to ensure content quality and consistency.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the CMS, implementing caching, load balancing, and other techniques for fast and reliable content delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in CMS development and management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal) and experience with their architecture, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant back-end languages (e.g., Java, .NET, PHP).
  • Experience managing CMS projects for global or multi-regional platforms, with an understanding of localization and multilingual content strategies.
