Key Leadership Role: Product Visionary


Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company empowering banks and fintechs to launch innovative banking products for the future. Our flagship processing platform - Tachyon - brings together various capabilities as a single-vendor stack.


The Role Overview:

You will be working on our suite of products, defining product strategy, building and scaling one or more of below products: Credit card, Core accounting, Digital payments.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Define product goals, coordinate actions across the organization to enable its success.
  • Product Execution: Drive product adoption and growth.
  1. Discovery Phase: Research existing demand, explore problem space through viability, feasibility, usability, customer empathy and ethical assumptions.
  2. Customer Feedback: Get feedback early and often, co-designing with customers or prospects.
  3. Prioritization: Apply user science, analytics and business acumen to identify customer and user problems.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at detailed solutions to problems.
  5. Communication: Evangelize and communicate product plan to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of total experience in engineering and/or product role
- 3+ years of experience shipping successful B2B products, serving data to customers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution, Computer Science preferred
- Management degree from Tier 1/2 institute a plus
