Responsibilities:

  • Develop exceptional AutoCAD skills and knowledge.
  • Create detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
  • Understand interior elements and building structures.
  • Formulate practical, aesthetic, and purpose-driven designs.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup.
  • Well-versed in designing corporate & residential layouts.
  • Prepare BOQs.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements.
  • Ensure quality design and timeline management.
  • Draft layouts and focus on extreme attention to detail.
  • Develop good communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial and hospitality interiors.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials and technical drawings.
  • Drafting skills in AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel for Quantity Assessment.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max.
