About the Job

We are seeking a talented Visualizer to join our team at Talk & Target, a dynamic and innovative hub specializing in integrated marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a design or digital agency, with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and design visually engaging graphics for a range of platforms, including websites, social media, advertising, product packaging, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and other creative teams to produce high-quality content aligned with the brand's vision and strategy.
  • Develop branding assets such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, banners, newsletters, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a design or digital agency.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software such as Adobe After effect, Premiere Pro etc.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Has a proven track record as a Graphics Designer and Video Editor, showcasing a robust portfolio of creative projects.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
  • Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, illustration, After Effect, premiere pro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
