About the Role

At RoboMQ, we are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and validating product features and capabilities to ensure they meet business needs and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and articulate product requirements from a business perspective to inform product development.
  • Translate business needs and market research into concrete deliverables, including requirement documents, interaction diagrams, and product specifications.
  • Provide input and validation for product delivery, ensuring it meets internal customer needs and user experience expectations.
  • Manage requirement validation and product UAT in Jira.
  • Collaborate with the product team to resolve issues, provide functional guidance, and clarify requirements.
  • Manage marketplace partnerships and technology partner relationships with leading ERP system providers.
  • Ensure feature development and defect backlog priorities align with the strategic direction outlined by the Product team.
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role.
  • B Tech degree with relevant technical experience.
  • Knowledge of leading ERP, CRM, and enterprise business applications, such as Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, NetSuite, SuccessFactors, and Workday.
  • Understanding of common business processes and how they can be accomplished through ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions in a schedule to perform ad-hoc queries and project escalation issues.
  • Experience evaluating technology solutions for fit and viability against use cases, as well as evaluating companies for viability.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to understand our rapidly evolving product and business.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation go-live and beyond.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present a compelling vision and story at an executive level.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds and functions.
