Job Overview

The role of Senior Executive involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries, as well as assisting in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.

  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • E nsure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Support internal and statutory audits to ensure timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Handle bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations to maintain a clear picture of the company's financial position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems, preferably SAP or Tally.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
