We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist-GTM Strategy Lead to join our team in APAC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our regional strategy and drive profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership. You'll be responsible for contributing to APAC's planning processes, including multi-year business planning, capacity planning, and investment planning.
As a key member of our Strategy & Transformation team, you'll work closely with global teams to assess performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategic programs to drive growth. Your expertise will help us navigate complex challenges and unlock sustained revenue growth.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, such as developing business cases, creating growth plans, and enhancing regional revenue mix. Your skills and experience will be put to the test as you tackle these ambitious goals.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent accreditation, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in one of the local market languages is desirable.
