Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned mechanical inspection expert to join our team. As a Senior Mechanical Inspection Expert, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and evaluations of technical systems, ensuring they meet industry standards.

About the Role:

  • Conduct on-site inspections and structural evaluations to identify potential issues or defects
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inspection protocols and procedures
  • Analyze engineering drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical inspection and evaluation
  • Certification in NDT Level II is an asset
  • Prior experience in structural inspections is highly valued

Working Hours:

General Shift (inclusive of report writing time)

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and other mechanical standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation software
