Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to spearhead the vertical startup of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and maintenance, with expertise in ERP and Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement safety protocols and procedures to achieve zero incidents
- Ensure quality procedures are followed to maintain a first-time-right quality mindset
- Coach and train associates to turn them into a high-performing team equipped with problem-solving techniques
- Drive versatility matrix for multi-skilling of associates and design their career path
- Own manufacturing deliverables, including high equipment availability and championing the 'My equipment, My responsibility' mindset
- Manage manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure quality and good manufacturing practices, including 5S and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience working in a highly automated manufacturing environment, RCA, CAPA, and redressal of customer complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical or Electronics and Instrumentation
- More than 8 years' experience in production and maintenance, at least three years of management experience in Food or Pharmaceutical industry
- Understand and proficient in SAP PP and PE module, Automation and Mechanical troubleshooting, Food safety requirements
