Job Overview:

The Shift Officer role at our production facility is a critical position that requires coordination with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Engineering department to rectify maintenance issues
  • Support the implementation of Quality Policy and EHS Policy
  • Train operators on technical and safety parameters
  • Operate critical equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, pressure filters, and vacuum systems
  • Maintain good housekeeping at the plant and surrounding areas
  • Ensure proper labeling of containers

Additionally, you will be responsible for handling hazardous chemicals and controlling critical process parameters to ensure product quality.

Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of cGMPs and GDP
  • Experience in the pharma industry, preferably in production
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of total work experience
