Job Title: Cloud Contact Center Engineer

  • An engineer is required to design, implement, and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform.
  • This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the contact center infrastructure delivers on desired business outcomes and meets evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Engineering Functions: Establish and document standards and blueprints with suppliers.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Manage operational run, enhancements, and platform changes with suppliers.
  • Support Supplier Management: Monitor and manage service delivery to meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Integrate with Internal IT Stakeholders: Support integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.
  • Engage with Country Representatives: Share knowledge and best practices and serve as a technical escalation resource.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
Skills:
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud tools including Architect, Agent Scripter, and CLI.
  • Expertise in JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services.
  • Ability to design, create, and manage table-driven and dynamic workflows.
