**Solution Analyst - AI Role**

As a key member of our AI for Delivery team, you will support the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, processes, and outputs. You will also support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing, assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions, maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases, and participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.
