This role matters as we expand our product offering to include integrated payroll, proposals, whiteboarding, and AI-powered tools. As a Tech Lead with expertise in AWS and platform design, you will translate high-level product vision into a scalable technical foundation, ensuring stability with thousands of concurrent users and cost-efficiency at tens of thousands of total users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document the current platform architecture, identifying bottlenecks and producing a formal Architecture Gap Report.
  • Translate product epics into modular service contracts, data flow diagrams, and scalable system components.
  • Decide and implement optimal architectural patterns (monolith vs. microservices, REST vs. event-driven, DB index vs. cache).
  • Drive scalable multi-tenant architecture for user/workspace models and complex permission systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong full-stack expertise with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-tenant architectures and scalable systems handling high request volumes.
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS, including EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, and Cognito.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).
  • Experience working with observability stacks like Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry.
