Project Coordinator Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing local information during the design development process to extend the design team at the region. This includes monitoring project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.

Effective coordination is crucial in this role to engender high levels of client satisfaction. You will need to assist in the design process by providing local support including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research including data collection & benchmarking studies.

A thorough understanding of the design intent and GFC portfolio is essential to ensure quality participation during execution stage. Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head/ Regional Head when not attended to by vendor/client.

You will coordinate between client & design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues & build client confidence. Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.

Requirements
  • Design Coordinator experience with expertise in executing Interior Projects.
  • Prior Site execution experience is preferred.
  • Revit skills are an asset.
