Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Learning Experts. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for online courses and programmes.

About the Role

The Learning Expert will be responsible for developing industry-aligned curricula, teaching and facilitating courses, grading assignments and assessments, and participating in guest faculty coordination. They will also stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Course Delivery: Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Guest Faculty Coordination: Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects.
  • Educational Background: Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
