About this role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence within our organization.

Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring successful completion of audits, and driving quality improvement projects.

For this position, we seek a detail-oriented professional with experience in quality departments, preferably within healthcare environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality standards across the organization.
  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.
  • Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings to ensure precision and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of experience in quality department, preferably within hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
