- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR and organizational strategy, providing actionable data for informed decision-making.
- Lead Workday-related projects, including module deployments and system enhancements, ensuring successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities, empowering them to utilize the system effectively.
- Manage access controls and ensure data privacy compliance, maintaining a secure and confidential work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Workday Certification in HCM, Security, or other relevant modules (preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing HRIS, specifically Workday.
- Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with HRIS project management, including implementation, upgrades, and system testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and train end-users.
- Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and grow your career within a dynamic and global team.
