Assistant Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bus transport facility.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end transport and medical facilities, with experience in managing sizeable bus fleets and pool car management. A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or business administration is required, along with 10-15 years of industrial experience in administration.


The role involves coordination with vendor managers and supervisors, as well as ensuring compliance and discipline among drivers and conducting regular audits. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting Bus MIS reports, handling grievances from bus players and vendors, and ensuring budgetary cost optimization.


The selected candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendor managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
